Diagnostic CSS was created to find several problems that can escape the W3C Validator.
Since the W3C Validator does not check for the presence of content, but the presence of correct tags, some usability errors might slip through.
For this the Diagnostic CSS toolkit was created, allowing developers to test usability and UX issues before they hit the production version of the site.
A demo is included with the download package.
The package contains an IE7-compatible stylesheet too.
