Deeplink

Deeplink basically watches the browser window.onhashchange event and works on top of that.

It will allow developers to easily change and update URLs using a hashmark (a "hash").

When the user accesses a hashed URL, the library will link to a desired page element or reproduce a specific page state, all based on the hash string it just parsed in the URL.

A small delay time is also supported, allowing the user to detect that a new page has loaded and then redirect him to the hash's target.
