Stitches can be a very useful tool for Web developers letting them optimize how icons and smaller images are embedded on a site.
Relying on the old "sprite" technique, Stitches lets developers build such images using a Web-based visual interface.
Users can easily drag&drop icons and small images over the Stitches canvas, where they'll be assembled together as close to each other as possible.
The Stitches app also lets users customize the sprite's layout type, the generated code that accompanies the image (LESS or CSS), icon padding, the code's CSS prefix, and if to use encoded data URIs.
Once the sprite generated, sample code examples are included for how to use the spritesheet in production.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
