Autocomplete like Google works by showing a dropdown list when the user focuses a designated input field and starts typing.
Based on the inputted text input suggestions are shown in the list, with the matching characters highlighted.
Selecting any item from the drop-down list will automatically fill it in the original field.
There's also a shadow text suggestion inside the input field itself, showing text characters dimmed down for the first fully-matching input alternative.
Data inside the dropdown suggestions list can be fetched from local files, remote sources, or both (combined).
A simple demo is included with the download package.
