The Zoomer Gallery shows images on a grid layout, slowly growing photos in size when hovering them, and shrinking them back when hovering off.
If the image has a title attribute, that text will be taken and displayed as a caption bar at the bottom of the photo (when hovered).
Zoomer Gallery works best with small resolution images, since its main display consists of a thumbnail grid.
A demo is included with the download package.
