WP-UserLogin is extremely easy to configure. Just install and go to the WordPress backend, where a special section called "UserLogin" will be added.
Here, the admin can tweak various plugin settings as he wishes (check screenshots section), use a Bootstrap-like theme, or add his own CSS for the login form.
In case the website doesn't support widgets, or you just want to use the widget inside themes, a template tag is also available: <?php the_widget('wpul_widget');?>
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
