VSLogonScreenCustomizer is a special program designed to personalize the logon screen on Microsoft Windows Vista/7. To work with VSLogonScreenCustomizer on a Windows computer, you must have administrative rights over that computer. VSLogonScreenCustomizer is compatible with Windows 7/Vista/2008 Server 32- and 64-bit. Supported image formats: TIFF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP and WMPhoto.
