Voix JS

Voix JS takes advantages by voice and speech recognition features introduced in recent versions of the Webkit engine.

The library sets up an interface between the user's microphone, his browser and a website's backend that allows voice commands to be sent and recognized.

These can then trigger various actions on the website's backend, depending on what the developer has set Voix JS to do.

Voix JS can be used on regular websites, but it can truly be useful in online browser games or for ensuring extra access and interaction options for physically impaired users.

Requirements:

• JavaScript enabled on client side

Limitations:

• Due to various browser limitations and implementation stages, this library currently works only in Google Chrome.
