VisualView provides directory management and conference room calendar features for Cisco IP Phones. Integrated directory management enables the availability to view the company directory on the phone display. Search functions may be performed both on office and mobile numbers and is can be searched against Active Directory and Outlook Personal Contacts. Once the number is available, the phone call can be made very quickly by clicking a signal soft key on the phone. Conference room calendars allow Microsoft Exchange "rooms" to be displayed graphically on idle Cisco Unified IP Phone 7900 Series color and gray scale ip phones. This is ideal for keeping everyone up to date on the availability of busy conference rooms. Visual Voicemail application delivers rich messaging experience on Cisco IP Phones. You can view, listen and respond to Microsoft Exchange Server voice messages right from the Cisco Unified IP Phone display without having to dial into your corporate voicemail box. With this Visual Viewmail on your Cisco Unified IP Phone, you can get a visual representation of all your inbox voice messages on your Cisco Unified IP Phone display.
