Trac

Trac is an open source enhanced Wiki software and issue tracking system specially designed for software development projects.

The Trac project uses a minimalistic approach to web-based software project management. It features an integrated system for managing software projects, an enhanced wiki, a flexible web-based issue tracker, an interface to the Subversion revision control system, software issues, bug reports, feature requests, overall progress over time, project tasks, source code changes and documentation / wiki text.
