This Excel template allows you to enter your school calendar, timetable, and classes, then prepare blank worksheets to receive registers (including up to 10 metrics per child per lesson), marks for homeworks, tests and assignments and finally detailed lesson plans for each lesson. The lesson plan may be printed on A4 as evidence for inspecting bodies e.g. OFSTED. The power of the spreadsheet is that the first year's planning may be used in the next academic year and beyond surrounded by slightly different dates, so no reinventing the wheel! A number of other useful worksheets are also included e.g. how a class performed in a test, Extra Time supervision and a small laminated timetable.
