TabCloud is an extension for Google Chrome. It allows you to save any window session and restore it at a later date on another computer. To use simply click the menu icon, hover over a window, enter a name and press save, then in the future that set of tabs will appear in the list. Press the add button to reopen that window. Press the delete button to remove it from the saved windows.
