SunEnc Mitsu Pro is a professional and open source front-end (GUI) for LAME, which gives you easy access to almost every switch/parameter. Theoretically every Windows version is supported that is able to run executables written in pascal and compiled by Borland Delphi, although the GUI could have some minor glitches caused by different color schemes. The LAME 3.97 binary and the source code is included in this package.
