Splort is a unique password/pass-phrase generator. It lets you enter a plain, easy to remember password or phrase wherever a password is necessary and substitutes a static, random password. You put in a 7-letter word, you get back a character password. Set which characters you want to allow or disallow or the number of recursions differently and you can use the same 'plain' word for any number of passwords, because they will all be different. And Splort will remember your private settings for each of them, so if you want you can securely use the same phrase for all your passwords, because it won't be the same password unless the settings are the same.
