Simple Custom CSS provides a simple method to add more CSS rules to a site without having to find and edit the style.css files or other used stylesheets.
It comes as a section under the Appearance tab in the WordPress backend, allowing easy access to a new CSS writing area.
Under the hood, Simple Custom CSS does not create a new stylesheet file, nor does it dabble with complicated JavaScript or database queries to append the newly minted CSS code. It does this via PHP variables.
