The "Responsive Elements" jQuery plugin uses a combination of CSS and HTML 5 to support dynamically resized elements on a Web page.
It uses a set of predefined breakpoints and a custom "data-" attribute to tell what section to resize and how much at various page widths.
A small demo, along with usage instructions are included with the Responsive Elements download package.
