RAD.js stands for Rapid Application Development and is a tool for quickly putting together cross-platform mobile applications.
The framework is actually made up of smaller individual modules which can be used based on each developer's needs, used to produce high-quality, working on the well-known CommonJS interface.
RAD.js comes with its own CLI tool, many UI modules, its own debug mode, monitoring tools, a template engine, a powerful view controller, and its own routing system.
These will allow developers to build their own custom mobile applications that work out of the box on most platforms, require edits to one single codebase, and also has enough functionality packed into it not to require too much extra coding for non-standard features.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
- jQuery
- Underscore.js
- Backbone.js
