PurchAce

PurchAce is a multi-user, multi-PC, network enabled purchase order system to replace paper based purchase order systems. PurchAce allows users to generate, print or even email your purchase orders directly from PuchAce to your suppliers.

What is new in this release:

Version 2.3.0:
• Print and email purchase orders suppliers in PDF format.
• Store supplier product lists and choose and search for products for suppliers.
• Built in purchase order layout designer
• Email purchase orders to managers in PDF to prompt their approval
• Request authorisation by a specific manager and they are informed on their dashboard that POs are awaiting their specific approval.
• Ability to set more than 1 authorisation level
• Multi-company version can be unlocked
