Allows the admin to control various settings like the order the plugins are loaded, plugin groups, which plugins to load on a page/post basis, etc..
Admins can also selectively disable plugins by any post type or WordPress managed URL.
Will also add grouping to the plugin admin age.
A backend panel special administration page is provided.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
