There's no visual interface for using SimpleTwit, but there's a special page in the WordPress backend where Twitter API credentials can be entered for easy authentication.
To use SimpleTwit at its maximum potential, please read the plugin's README file for the complete set of instructions.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
