PhotoScaler is a program which can scale down any number of images to a specific size, without any hasles. It has the ability to chose the type of scaling and to apply color filters to images.
What is new in this release:
Version 1.5 has new "Alpha sharpen" color filter, added process priority, you can now edit settings before adding images, and improved the scaling system.
