The PDF-Analyzer is a tool extracting all attributes from pdf files. You can use it from the explorer contextmenu and 'stand alone' as a 'PDF Browser', too. You can see all attributes/properties of a selected pdf file. That reaches from the document informations e.g. titles, topic affiliation and page layout or also pagecount of a file over security-relevant things such as data compression and copying permission or also encryption strength and password use up to the file attributes! You can see own inserted notes or if there's xml-content (rdf) or javascript inside!Textextraction, textanalysis and xml-export included! If you want more please order the extended pro-version! The pro-version offers additonally password resetting and many more functions.
What is new in this release:
The PDF-Analyzer Pro now works with unicode format - now you can use the tool nearly worldwide. The functionalities now supports the aes/256 bit-encryptionstandard (from Acrobat 9/Acrobat X) from the latest pdf-specs. All functionalities were revised and optimized. Now you can drop pdf-files directly from the windows explorer onto the PDF-Analyzer Pro screen to see the pdf properties. The internal rendering was optimized which leads to a better preview and better textextraction (it looks similar to the original pdf-layout now). PDF-Analyzer Pro now shows additional pdf-properties: - pdf-version with extension level, - textcontent yes/no, - more used compression types, - more detailed display of the used fonts (referenced/embedded), - an additonal tab regarding the used pdf-standards (PDF/A, PDF/E, PDF/X, PDF/UA and PDF/VT is integrated now). New functions: The merge of ALL pdf-files in a selected directory. The removing of all attached files from a pdf-document. The extraction of all embedded images from a pdf-document. The automatic creation of imagefiles (jpg) from each page of a pdf-document. Modified functions: The old pdf-merge function now works without the limitation of max. 10 files. The directory-wide search with fields like "Formfieldcount" is more comfortable now because you can use the signs < and >.
