Pattern-lab

Pattern-lab is an open source pattern recognition program optimized for OCR, but not constrained to it.

The method used by Pattern-lab is mainly 'pattern matching'. Separation of merged patterns is one of the main goals.

What is new in this release:

• The software has been migrated to GTK3.
• Minor bugs were fixed.

What is new in version 0.4.7:

• This version is for minor bugfixes.
• The preferences toolkit handling is simplified, and rectangle decomposition is improved.

What is new in version 0.4.6:

• This version is mainly for updating to the latest GTK2+ version.
• The toolkit settings can be stored into preferences and are callable by batch jobs for tests.
• A minimal enclosing circle calculation is included, as well as a simple rectangle decomposition on pattern contours.
