OpenSubtitles Handler is a library that implements all OpenSubtitles.org XML-RPC methods. This library uses internal XML-RPC generator that can generate or decode XML-RPC requests. All OpenSubtitles methods tested and work except the methods that referred not to work. Features include all OpenSubtitles.org service XML-RPC methods implemented, internal XML-RPC generator and decoder, and a full test GUI test all OS methods and XML-RPC generator or decoder.
