Point Reward Management System allows users to keep track on customer spending power, it meet requirement for Service and Retail line. For Service line, there maybe different point collection for Products and Services. User can assign different point for different services. These are some of the function : -Register members on-site; -Record and manage detailed information of customers; -Manage points to be issued for each product or service; -Manage the issuing and redemption of points for each customer; -Scan smartcard, barcode or magnetic stripe cards to retrieve member's card info; -Displays customer's history of point collection and redemption; -Displays list of customers with upcoming birthdays; -Reports function: SMS Reports, Customer Reports & Ranking Reports; -SMS function: For sending of promotions, birthday and seasons greetings.
