1. If you are not using status monitor applications, then you can upgrade to UPD 2.11.0.0. If you are using status monitor applications, then use only UPD 2.6.0.0.
2. If you are using a private print driver, then check the release notes before installing this version to avoid losing specific fixes for your private print driver.

The Package Creation Utility is also bundled inside this package and not available as a separate package.
About Printer Driver:
Windows OSes usually apply a generic driver that allows computers to recognize printers and make use of their basic functions. In order to benefit from all available features, appropriate software must be installed on the system.
