jQuery.scrollSpeed

jQuery.scrollSpeed was created to speed up or slow down scrolling motions, and works when applied to the entire page or just a smaller container on the page.

The plugin supports vertical and horizontal scrolling and optionally lets developers use an easing function to smooth out the scrolling motion.

jQuery.scrollSpeed works in all modern browsers, but is disabled for IE due to its very poor performance issues.
