jquery.mb.containerPlus windows can be used to present content to the user in an OS-like fashion.
It functions like a desktop window, but recreated entirely via HTML, JS, and CSS.
These windows can be minimized, maximized, resized, closed, customized via CSS, and have their content loaded via AJAX.
The plugin is quite easy to deploy and is perfect for showing text-based content mainly. For showing images, please choose one of the other (hundreds) open source image lightbox viewers listed on Softoware.
A jquery.mb.containerPlus demo is included with the download archive.
