jQuery Custom Scrollbar

jQuery Custom Scrollbar does exactly what the plugin name implies. It allows developers to use custom graphics for the scrollbar UI element, not styleable via CSS by default.

The plugin does not actually style the scrollbar. It only hides the default browser specific UI and overlays the developer's graphics on top of it.

Default scrollbar behavior is not changed.

Demos are included with the download package, to get programmers started on their own scrollbar themes.
