ISS Black Hole is designed to automatically receive and decode (UUE and MIME) pictures from Usenet and place them in a directory of your choice. Simply enter the name of a news server, select the newsgroups you want, and enjoy. You can see downloaded pictures in thumbnail or in the full-screen image viewer. You can save a log file when process is running and the Start button on the toolbar is clicked.
In the new version, the start download button is always enabled, even if download list window is not shown--there is no need to open the download list window first. Various bug fixes are included.

Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000, 32-bit TCP/IP protocol support with a 32-bit winsock, access to an NNTP news server
