HtmlPedigree produces a set of Web pages from genealogical data in a GEDCOM file. The Web pages combine linked textual information with a clickable interactive chart pedigree. Visitors can search for individuals so that no special processing needs to be done by your Web server. Other features are the appearance and language of the Web pages is highly customizable. Full information from the GEDCOM file is displayed, including details of notes, sources, and repositories. Links to other files, such as family photographs, can be added. When the site is updated, bookmarks should remain valid, and for efficient uploading, only the pages that have been modified are rewritten.
