High Heat Baseball 2000 delivers over 750 MLBPA motion-captured polygonal players with real-time lighting in 38 3D stadiums, including the classic Ebbets Field and Polo Grounds, the soon-to-be San Francisco Pacific Bell Ballpark, and four other never-before-played-in stadiums. High Heat Baseball 2000 includes Career Mode functionality and multiplayer trades which allow you to recruit, develop, and trade players after taking into account a realistic aging curve, players retiring, and new rookie prospects. The pitcher-batter interface includes nine different pitch types with a wide variety of pitch locations, as well as nine different batting swings and a "Guess Pitch" option. The five different game modes include Exhibition, Season, Career, Home Run Challenge, or Playoffs, which you can play head-to-head against your friends via LAN, modem, or the Internet.
