This mod makes game more realistic, with lots of people and traffic on the streets. It adds 2x traffic and 3x pedestrians to the game, it depends on witch file will you choose. Be careful, its not multiplayer safe, you need to back up file UPDATE.RPF and then restore it, before you will try, to play multiplayer again.
