Google Drive WP Media links a site's built-in Media Library with a Google Drive account.
This means every time a site's editor want to upload a file to his blog, he can either host it locally or upload it to Google Drive and embed it from there.
Google Drive WP Media is really useful in limited hosting accounts where disk space is a premium.
Google Drive WP Media will allow webmasters to host their media library inside Google Drive and take some pressure of the hosting provider.
All other WordPress-native file managing features remain the same. The only thing that changes is the file's URL.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
