filegive

filegive is an open source command-line software implemented in the Go programming language and designed to ease the process of sending files via the P2P (Point-to-Point) protocol.

With filegive, users will be able to send and receive files from their colleagues, in a secure and safe environment, with ciphering and authentication, and without the need of a third party server software.

filegive can be used for sending files through Internet, sending files to a person in the same LAN, In a .mailcap file on your server, where you check your emails with mutt through SSH, as well as to provide pastebin type URLs through IRC.

• Certificate compatibility with Chrome and IE. Use "-g" to regenerate the CA

What is new in version 0.7.1:

• This version adds a new interactive mode that forces authentication at the remote side, new authentication with CA and ephemeral RSA keys, for more comfortable secure communications between trusted peers, support for SSH tunnelling with socat and GNU netcat, and the ability to reuse specific URLs.
