Easy Pricing Tables is the most easy to use WordPress plugin when it comes to creating payment plans.
It does not actually handle the payments, the developer needing a specialized WP plugin for that, but creates, manages and assembles the HTML table necessary to display this pricing plans as attractive as possible.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
