DynCSS works by allowing the developer to add a custom syntax to his CSS code.
Developers can embed various criteria inside their CSS which will only get executed if the condition is true.
This library and its underlying methodology can be very useful when developing responsive or adaptive websites, allowing the developer to control the page's layout and behavior using his CSS.
While this is true nevertheless with the help of media queries, DynCSS adds more powerful filtering rules that can address more than just the device's screen width.
Some of the extra conditions that DynCSS can add refer to the element's position on the page, the scrollbar's location, and even to the results of various jQuery/JavaScript functions.
This provide a more dynamic range of filters which will allow developers to setup a basic if-else loop for their CSS code.
