Removing the bar is considered an option when trying to improve blog speed while logged in.
The plugin does not hide the bar (in this case the code still loads), but completely removes it (code is not called at all).
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
