Dipstick is an open source utility that lets you quickly evaluate mirror sites and figure out which one is the best suited for download for you at this very moment. Simply drag'n'drop URLs into dipstick small window and it will automatically ping each host and present you with the most responsive URL.
Version 3.1 features minor enhancements and fixes the install engine.
