Decss is an ideal tool for people that have to make and deliver business or office presentations.
Instead of working with proprietary software, Decss provides the ability to create the same presentation, but with HTML, CSS, and JS instead.
Most of the classic business presentation features are also supported with Decss, from displaying the current position in the slideshow, to gradual revealing of content, to keyboard shortcuts, and up to animated slide transitions.
The only downside being that anyone choosing Decss over a similar desktop software will have to code everything by hand instead of suing a simple drag&drop interface.
But because Decss is generated as a HTML-based static website, its content is much more portable and can be hosted online and shared with a lot more people than a classic closed presentation format like PPTX.
