Application is designed to create/edit CSV files. Portable - Only file required in the CSV Tool.exe. Small, compact size less then 500KB. Commas within a cell will be replaced automatically with a hyphen to ensure data integrity when saving a CSV file. Ability to ADD Rows and Columns to a CSV file. Create new CSV files from scratch.
