CSScharts will create bar charts in pure CSS code, allowing it to be shown in pages where JavaScript is disabled, or another JavaScript file would be an overkill to the overall page performance.
Some PHP code is used to set up the charts, but the animations and chart effects are strictly CSS.
Multiple charts can be embedded on the same page, and even custom charts using user-submitted data can be created.
Examples are included with the download package.
