CSS3 Overlay System, being only CSS, allows any developers to customize the modal popup without tangling himself in complicated JavaScript code and lengthy CSS styles and templates.
Easy to deploy, the modal can also be enhanced with CSS3 transitions, allowing the developer to slowly bring the overlays into view using smooth animations.
Positioning the overlay is also extremely easy, mainly thanks to the simple way CSS-based positioning works in general.
Inside the dialog window itself you can place any type of content you want, being absolutely no limits to what can be shown.
