Contact Form Manager

Utilizing a dead simple GUI, webmasters can add and edit contact forms, customize fields, behavior and look.

After setting up a form, the plugin automatically generates a shortcode, to use in pages or posts and embed the form.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
