Christmas Time is not a standalone theme. It has to be installed through a special theme manager called MyColors. But you don't need to worry about that, as everything is sorted out for you automatically during installation. This same manager can then be used to go back to Windows default theme, once the Christmas season is over.
Christmas Time includes not only a complete new wallpaper and windows styles, but also new icons, mouse cursors, an embedded calendar and clock for your desktop and even a nice snow animation for your Start menu.
