Chinese region picker for jQuery plugin

The "Chinese region picker for jQuery plugin" is perfect if you're creating the Chinese version of your site and in need of a quick, accurate way of selecting the visitor's home (desired) country region.

The plugin is inspired by the stand-alone version of this plugin: Chinese region picker.

• Fixed a bug of initialize event handler. It can't initialize again when this plugin was installed on a future-element.
