Bulk Password Reset

It is recommended in case of mass database security breaches.

Optionally the admin can add a e-mail notes and set the default password.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
