Easy Social

Will show icons in the sidebar linked to various social accounts.

Also, after each post, social sharing buttons are shown to allow visitors to share a link to that post on various social networks.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
