Breaker

reaker is equipped with two timers, one for your work time, the other for your break time. Once your work time is over, Breaker announces you and starts the break timer. Also, once the break is over it tells you to go back to work. Taking a break once in a while can help you a lot, it increases productivity, betters your mood, keeps you from scoliosis and other "sitting-related" diseases. You just have to remember taking a break once in a while, and this is what Breaker is for.
