Arch Install Scripts

Arch Install Scripts is an open source and free project that provides a small set of command-line utilities used to automate various meanial tasks when installing the Arch Linux operating system.

Once compiled, the project will output three command-line utilities: arch-chroot, genfstab, and pacstrap. All of them must be executed only as root.

The arch-chroot command will chroot into Arch's environment, the genfstab command will generate the appropriate fstab file for your hardware, and the pacstrap command will install the necessary packages.

All of these commands are distributed along with the official Arch Linux ISO image.
